Before starting the installation, make sure you have read all the safety precautions and prepared all the necessary tools.
Safety Precautions
  • Disconnect all power connections before installation.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Ensure the working area is dry and well-ventilated.
  • The installation should be carried out only by qualified technicians.

Installation Steps

Unboxing and Inspection

Open the packaging box and check if all components are complete. The standard packaging should include:

  • Main unit device x1
  • Power adapter x1
  • Installation bracket x2
  • Screw package x1
  • User manual x1
  • Warranty card x1
If any components are missing or damaged, please contact the supplier immediately.

Select the Installation Location

When selecting a suitable installation location, the following factors should be considered:

  • The ambient temperature of the device should be between 0°C and 40°C.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments.
  • Ensure there is enough space for heat dissipation and maintenance.
  • Keep a distance of at least 30cm from other electronic devices.

Fix the Installation Bracket

Use the provided screws to fix the installation bracket in the predetermined position:

  1. Mark the drilling position.
  2. Drill holes with a Φ6mm drill bit.
  3. Insert the expansion tube.
  4. Fix the bracket with screws.

Tip: Use a level to ensure the bracket is installed horizontally, with a deviation of no more than ±1°.

Device Installation and Wiring

Mount the device on the installed bracket and connect all necessary cables:

Power-on Test and Configuration

After all connections are completed, perform a power-on test:

  1. Confirm that all connections are correct.
  2. Connect the power supply.
  3. Observe the status of the indicator lights:
    • Steady green Power is normal.
    • Blue flashing System is starting up.
    • Steady blue Normal operation.
    • Red flashing Fault alarm.
  4. Perform initial configuration through the Web interface or mobile application.
